Alford Technologies is proud to have been the recipient of two Queen's Awards for Enterprise, the first in 2004 and the second in 2009, both in the Innovation category. The first award was for the Vulcan, our low-order tool for conventional munitions disposal and the second was for our range of liquid projecting disruptors for IEDD.

The Queen's Awards for Enterprise are the UK's most prestigious awards for business performance: only thirty nine Awards were made in the Innovation category in 2004. We believe that the awards give recognition of our continuous work to help bomb technicians around the world conduct their work in a safer and better way by providing them with the best equipment available and signal  our acceptance as a significant innovator in the world of EOD.
