Vulcan™
Vulcan™ is a highly versatile, user-filled, modular shaped charge system which is in wide service around the world.
Used as a tool for producing low-order disruption of target munitions, it results in a low-order over 90% of the time, providing operators with a high degree of confidence.
Vulcan has a range of 6 different types of projectiles, which when combined with the ability to vary the explosive load between 10 and 50g provides operators with huge flexibility to counter many types of UXO, both on the surface and subsurface to a depth of 80m using the supplied accessories.
The Vulcan™ also forms the backbone of the Vulcan Counter Limpet Mine System™ that is in service with the Royal Navy.
